Anti-Raid Bot Policy: All anti-raid bots must be disabled throughout the duration of the boost period. This is to ensure that the accounts used for boosting are not flagged or removed by these bots.
No Phone Verification Requirement: The server settings must be adjusted to ensure that joining members, including those used for boosting, are not required to undergo phone verification. This facilitates easier access for the accounts involved in boosting.
Protection of Boosting Accounts: Under no circumstances should the accounts used for boosting the server be kicked out or banned. This includes manual removal by server administrators or any automated processes.
No Replacement for Mass Revocation: In the event that Discord takes action to mass revoke the tokens used for boosting, there will be no replacement or compensation for the lost boosts. The risk of such an event is acknowledged and accepted as part of this agreement.
Non-Compliance Consequences: If the server administrators or any installed bots remove the boosting accounts, there will be no re-boosting of the server. The responsibility to comply with these rules falls entirely on the server management.
Duration of Agreement: These rules are in effect for the entire duration of the token-based boosting period.
Acknowledgment of Discord's Terms of Service: It is understood that all actions taken under this agreement should comply with Discord's Terms of Service. Any violation of these terms is outside the scope of this warranty and is the sole responsibility of the server's administrators.
